Job Summary:
Village Caregiving, a reputable healthcare facility located in Clifton, Tennessee, is seeking an IN-HOME CAREGIVER/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care in their homes , ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents. This is an individual contributor role that requires a compassionate, responsible, and dedicated individual.

CNA Benefits

• Pay Rate: $17-20/Hour
• Paid Training

Caregiver/CNA Responsibilities:

•  Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Help residents with mobility by transferring and positioning them safely
• Record and maintain accurate documentation of residents' care and daily activities
• Follow all safety and infection control protocols
• Assist with feeding residents and providing hydration
• Take and record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
• Provide basic first aid and emergency care, if needed
• Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and healthcare team members

Caregiver/CNA Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably long-term care or assisted living
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature 
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Must pass a background check
